To make an in-kind donation of goods or services to NSA, please complete the digital form on this page.

To complete the form by hand, use the button below to download a PDF and return the completed form to events@nantucketshellfish.org.

After the form is submitted, a member of the NSA team will follow up to confirm the details of your donation and provide written acknowledgment.

In-kind donations may include goods, professional services, auction items, event support, equipment, or other non-cash contributions. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors are responsible for determining the fair market value of donated goods or services. NSA will acknowledge the donation based on the information provided but cannot assign a monetary value or offer tax advice.
